Job Description

To ensure Receiving & Issuance of material (Engg spares, machine parts, consumables, Diesel, Solvent and biofuel/coal) to plant and its Inventory control. Codification, code creation & correction and timely GRNs.

Receipt store:

To ensure receiving of all items related to general and Engg stores including Solvent, Diesel, lubricants and all types of Coals, timely GRNs & issuance of materials to user.Codification of all items, code creation and correction.

Inventory:

Daily/monthly/quarterly & yearly cyclic counts as per SOP.Inventory of Solvent, Coal, HSD as per schedule and accordingly coordination with Purchase for its timely procurement to maintain sufficient stock.

Coordination & support:

Coordination with Purchase, Finance & Accounts, Taxation, Inspection and all users for timely clearance of GRNs & documentation.

Updating of Licenses:

To support in documentation for renewal of various licenses

Welfare orientation:

Receiving & distribution of uniform, shoes, jersey & other items to employees.

Month end closing:

Monitoring of month end stocks of HSD, Coal & Solvent and inform to Purchase for further procurement (min max level).

MIS:

Support in preparation of MIS reports required time to time like Inventory analysis, Pending cases for GRN etc.

Other Misc. responsibility:

To issue gate pass (NRGP/RGP) and tracking of company property leaving premises on RGP.To maintain the receiving store and Engg store with all tagging and its cleanliness.To suggest and take initiative for continuous improvement.To be flexible to adopt any change in law, rules and regulations related to stores and to implement it.

ESH: To ensure all the rules and regulations as per ESH.

Qualifications

Any graduate/ PG from recognized university. 

Additional InformationMust have knowledge of MS office and SAPShould have experience in same field
