Senior Officer, Agency Contracting & Benefit

Position Responsibilities:
Administrate the contracting of new agency appointment as well as agents' benefit plans
Assist in meeting regulatory and compliance needs
Handle agents' IA and MPF license registration, de-registration, renewal, CPD reporting and annual return
Assist in the formulation of contract and benefit policies and procedures
support on Ad-hoc projects and initiatives as assigned by management
handle general correspondence and agent enquiries
Required Qualifications:
Tertiary Education
Over 2 years’ relevant experience in insurance industry
Mature, responsible and patience
Organized and attentive to details
Concern for order and quality
Able to work independently and under pressure
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
PC literate in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word-processing
