The Opportunity

·          Develop and execute internal communications and engagement initiatives across East Asia to enhance collaboration, understanding and alignment with the firm’s goals, vision and culture.

·          Manage and curate content on various internal communication platforms to ensure consistent and effective messaging.

·          Design and deliver staff engagement campaigns and activities in support of cultural development and strategic communications for a regional audience.

·          Build relationship with key stakeholders and focal points across the firm, providing guidance on best practice in internal communications to align with the firm’s strategic goals.

·          Evaluate the effectiveness of internal communication efforts, analyse feedback, and recommend improvements to boost engagement.

·          Work with other members of the Marketing and Communications team to synergise internal and external communications, ensuring a cohesive representation of the firm’s vision, mission, culture and values to external audiences.

Is this role right for you?

·          Degree holder in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.

·          A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in global or cross-cultural, multidisciplinary environments.

·          Excellent writer, editor and communicator with track record of creating engaging content in both English and Chinese for diverse audiences.

·          Sound knowledge of channels and technology solutions for delivering internal communications, especially in digital platforms, content management, virtual events, video production and social collaboration tools.

·          Strong capabilities in managing events and projects with meticulous attention to details.

·          A creative thinker with a curious mind, eager to uncover the story in the project and about the people behind.

·          Exceptional ability to simplify complex information into clear, accessible messages.
