Key responsibilities:

Procurement Planning - Analyzing the User Requirement received (Purchase Requisition) & plan for the execution meeting organization Goals, Set Time Lines & OTIF. Vendor Management - Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers for indirect categories, while maintaining strong relationships with vendors to ensure quality, timely delivery, and compliance Negotiations - Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for contracts, including pricing, payment terms, and service-level agreements (SLAs) Compliance & Policy Enforcement - Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Collaboration - Work closely with internal departments to understand their needs and resolve bottlenecks to Support Procurement Objectives Process Management - Manage requisition, ordering, and fulfillment processes in ERP systems (SAP/iValua) Spend Analysis & Cost Optimization -Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities Reporting – Prepare & Submit Monthly/Quarterly MIS Report using SAP / Ivalaua system to track compliance, savings, and performance metric

Any Graduate (Pref – Dip / Engineering Degree will be Plus)
