1. To Supervise/execution of work relating preventive maintenance, to breakdown maintenance& routine work. 2. To perform modification/up-gradation activities as required. 3. To perform installation and commissioning of the equipment. 4. To update the equipment preventive maintenance records. 5. To operate the utilities and take prompt trouble shooting action. 6. Performance monitoring of utility equipment. 7. Planning of workmen and daily activities. 8. All utility equipment log sheets review. 9. To prepare and review of MIS report. 10. QMS activity as per schedule in Track wise, EDMS and LMS. 11. To ensure prompt and timely repair/replacement /installation of utility equipment/pipes/instruments. 12. Preparation and review of document like qualification, re-qualification of equipment, audit compliance, drawing, change control, CAPA etc. 13. Preparation, review and revision of the SOP.
