Position Summary Assist the Manager in exercising daily shopping mall operations duties according to prescribed standards. Understand current process and practices in Mall Management, establish and maintain good relationship with Retailers to provide hight-quality Mall Management services. Supervise the officers in day-to-day duties and handle the requests and complaints from Retailers and guests.Primary Responsibility - Provide necessary assistance to Retailers on operational issues such as cleaning, pest control arrangement, technical service and logistic operations to maintain high quality of tenant service. - Handle the handover procedure, shop pre-opening logistics and operations arrangement to Retailers. - Be able to perform regular site surveys and monitor Retailers' operations according to SOPs. - Liaise and coordinate activities with other departments and various services providers to provide necessary property services to Retailers or to Galaxy Macau as a whole. - Provide supporting services for events and marketing promotions within Mall. - Provide administrative support to the shopping mall operations team. - Handling emergency cases. - Any ad hoc projects as required by the team head.Requirements - Degree holder in property management or business related discipline - At least 3 year's relevant experience - Familiar with Shopping Mall Management and Operations - Strong and effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders - Able to work independent and under pressure - Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office) is a must - Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
