Our Digital Transformation Consulting Division (DTD) specializes in high-end consulting that is solving the federal government’s hardest problems by delivering performance-based and outcome-driven digital transformation solutions. This position is 100% remote.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Install, configure, analyze, tune, and optimize OneStream solutions on cloud and client infrastructure that meet customer requirements on AWS GovCloudLead scoping and sizing of OneStream server, application, and database installation, configuration, and maintenanceAssist with data analysis, data management, data governance, dashboard monitoring, data quality dashboards, data controls, data lineage, and data mappingAssess data unit, application, and scripting configurations to make recommendations on performance improvementsTrain and mentor lower-level personnel on OneStream infrastructure and optimization tools/technologies and methodologiesApply advanced theoretical knowledge of Computer Science and Engineering principles and concepts in creating, developing, writing, testing, troubleshooting and documenting code and interfaces for various financial management applications using OneStream tools and technologiesPerform unit, stress, system and integration testing associated with the OneStream tool and its corresponding system interface areas and provide guidance to client staff to support these testing activities and achieve successful user acceptanceAssist in identifying and resolving issues and challenges related to OneStream applications in collaboration with the senior consulting teamWrite System Security Plan and technical documents as a part of Authority to Operate packageWrite POAM documentation for all system security plan findingsImplement and manage security controls and STIGsImplement Single Sign-On for OneStream XF application using PIV card or CAC authentication

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, Business,  Accounting, or related degree4+ years minimum of work experience in systems design, infrastructure, tuning/optimization, cloud, development, and deploymentCompTIA Security Plus (Sec+) certificationExperience with other cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure, GCP)Ability to identify project risks, provide risk mitigation options and escalate to project management to resolve project risksAbility to contribute to various phases of the software development cycle, including in systems analysis, architecture, design, development, configuration, testing, debugging, and documentation

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience on SQL Server and/or Oracle databasesVB.NET development experience and/or any object-oriented programming languagesA minimum of 3 years of SQL experienceA minimum of 2 years of OneStream XF installation, configuration, and optimization experienceWork experience in a professional services company and/or a consulting firmMaster’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Information SystemsExperience with other cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)

Security Clearance Requirements:

US citizenship with an active DoD Secret security clearance required

The projected compensation range for this position is $111,400-$185,700. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories. In addition, ManTech invests in it’s employees beyond just compensation.
