Under guidance and direction from the Plant Operational Excellence Manager, the Operational Excellence Coordinator will:
Create operational standards for the Willard Main Plant and Flex Center to include Standard Work Instructions, One Point Lessons, Training Documentation Slides Partner with operators to create and improve equipment standards – Centerlines, Operator Asset Care / Clean, Inspect, Lube (CIL) Lead and coach problem solving efforts within the department. This individual will also have an indirect reporting relationship with the Plant Manager and collaborate with the plant Training Coordinator as it relates to standards development and skill development.
Minimum Requirements
High School Diploma or GED2+ years of experience within manufacturingPreferred Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree3+ years of food manufacturing experienceSix Sigma Green Belt certificationExperience with Root Cause Analysis

Compensation and Benefits:
The base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$54,450.00 - $87,660.00Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
