Senior Operational Readiness Project Manager
Insight Global is hiring a Senior Operational Readiness Project Manager to support our pharmaceutical client in Boston. The Senior Project Manager of Operational Readiness will lead and manage projects to ensure critical program timelines and manufacturing handover are met successfully. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, developing operational strategies, and ensuring systems, processes, and personnel are prepared for new initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, a deep understanding of operational processes, and expertise in CQV processes and execution.

Key responsibilities include leading complex projects focused on operational readiness, developing project plans and timelines, and coordinating cGMP activities to ensure timely delivery of suites and equipment. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, effective communication with stakeholders, and conducting operational assessments to identify areas for improvement.

The Senior Project Manager will also manage schedules, identify critical paths for project milestones, and ensure all prerequisites are met. They will develop and implement change management strategies, create training materials, and conduct training sessions. Risk management is crucial, involving the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks, as well as developing contingency plans.

Performance monitoring is essential, with the establishment of key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational readiness and project success. Regular reporting on project performance and adjustments to meet objectives are also required.

Compensation:
$85.00/hr to $105.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
