The opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Operations Administrator to play a key role in supporting the success of our Elders Insurance Agency Network. Your new role

Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for Elders Insurance Agency Network agents and staff, ensuring a seamless setup and system access for new network and head office employees to both QBE and Elders systems.

Prepare, reconcile and process changes to subsidy payments, handle monthly payments and deductions for Elders Insurance agents, and compile commission payments following end-of-month procedures

Assist with the sale of servicing rights and manage related administrative processes.

Maintain accurate records and efficient filing systems for agency operations

Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement new, efficient ways of working.

Liaise with executive-level stakeholders, generate various reports and manage changing priorities while working in a fast-paced environment

Utilise the Microsoft Suite to manage data efficiently and effectively.

About you

5+ years of relevant experience in administrative or business support roles.

Strong organisational and administration skills, with a keen eye for accuracy.

Ability to work independently and hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.

Adapt quickly and maintain confidentiality within business-critical operations.

A fundamental knowledge of administrative processes

Previous experience with Oracle and Salesforce is desirable, but not essential

A proactive attitude with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement in the workplace.
