We are seeking a meticulous and driven Senior Operations Analysis Administrator to oversee the management and quality of our product data. This role is essential to ensuring our products meet the highest standards and align with global best practices. Based within the Customer Success team , you’ll play a vital role in improving data quality and supporting customer satisfaction across the UK and EMEA regions.
Your Role: Key Accountabilities
As a Senior Operations Analysis Administrator, you will:
Manage Product Data: Maintain and validate product data through accurate entry and regular updates.
Support Product Launches: Oversee the creation and adoption of new products, ensuring data fields are complete and accurate.
Drive Data Quality Projects: Lead initiatives to enhance the consistency and accuracy of product data across regions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Sales, and Technology to ensure data alignment.
Coordinate Globally: Partner with global and regional teams to adhere to best practices and maintain high standards.
Support Customer Success: Ensure data meets the needs of customers, contributing to their success and satisfaction.
Govern Data Standards: Develop and implement policies to uphold data governance principles.
Generate Reports: Deliver insights through product data quality metrics and reports to support continuous improvement.
Provide Training: Educate and support team members on data management best practices.
What We’re Looking For
Essential Skills and Experience:
Proven expertise in product data management, preferably within UK or EMEA regions.
Hands-on experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
Advanced skills in data manipulation, particularly in Excel.
Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Capacity to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Fluency in English is essential; additional fluency in Dutch, German, or French is highly valued.
Experience using Tableau dashboards in a product management or related role.
Project management expertise.
