As the Senior Operations Manager, Home Delivery Pharmacy Fulfillment, you will be responsible to provide leadership to a team accountable for dispensing and processing prescriptions in a highly automated, innovative Pharmacy fulfillment center.  You will partner with cross functional teams to ensure compliance.  You will apply continuous improvement methodologies and data analytics to reduce costs and increase productive metrics/targets.

2nd Shift: 12:00pm to 12:00am (Mon. - Thurs.)

On Call Rotation every 3rd or 4th week

Position Responsibilities:

Manage and drive execution of a portfolio of projects, delegating responsibility to team members, project support resources and site operational leaders for driving change management.Ensure quality and service standards are maintained for existing and new client implementations. Develop and build leadership within your team by identifying challenging assignments and stretch learning opportunities. 

Position Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or related curriculum preferred; MBA preferredPrior managerial experience leading multi-level large teams – required.At least 8 years progressive related operations experience in diverse industriesPharmacy Technician licensure or Pharmacist licensure required per State laws Demonstrated communication and presentation skills, project management skillsDemonstrated leadership skills and effective at managing change for a large, high producing workforceEnthusiasm and passion to meet aggressive goals and targetsAbility to work cross functionally and deliver business results in often ambiguous situationsKnowledge of lean or process improvement methodologies and ability to implement continuous improvement strategies - preferredSix Sigma Certification desired  Demonstrated energy and commitment to use your leadership skills to the development of individuals and teamsContinuous learning mindsetProficient using MS Office Suite - required
