Senior Operations Manager

As a future member of the team based in Poznan you will have the opportunity to:

 

Act as ambassador of change and growth supporting commercial growth of the Service Centre Poland by building and nurturing relationships with Service Management, Delivery Leadership and External Customers. Ensure site operates in accordance with company governance standards and frameworks. Support and enables the location in delivering operational excellence while enabling the ongoing transformation and continuous improvement. 

Own, run and develop Site Governance Framework incl. operational reporting, enabling functions, supervisory, executive level reporting Own, develop and maintain Ops Risk Management Framework, Compliance and Market Regulatory Monitoring Framework Represent CCPL outside and support pre-sales activities with Service Mgmt, Delivery Leadership and external Client when necessary Act as alternative escalation point through the leadership team and provide appropriate support and guidance to all involved parties Partner with Finance and provides oversight and execution of budgets, forecast and billing process Reviewing and implementing proactive efficiencies within the accounts (shared resourcing) and actively leverage Service Excellence functions Successful local implementation of the Managed Service transformation and respective change programs in the SC PL Adhering to and being an ambassador for Computacenter values and practices  Line Managing team of operations mangers Act in accordance with Computacenter Information Security Policies and report any potential or actual Security events or other Security risks to the organisation

 

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

 

Proven track record as a service desk operations manager with very strong people management skills Advanced academic background, preferably to degree level or equivalent mix of education and experience Good understanding of ITSM principles Fluent English (German would be an advantage) Positive and can-do attitude as well as cultural awareness, and excellent communication skills Very good collaboration skills with strong influencing / negotiation skills  Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions and implement those Excellent presentation and personal skills Ability to work to tight deadlines & in a high-pressure environment
