Advanced degree preferred **, however not required.** + **Experience:** Minimum of 3-5 years in construction project management with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role. + **Language Skills:** Fluency in Spanish or Korean is required for effective communication with diverse teams and stakeholders. + **Technical Skills:** + Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, AutoCAD). + Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. + Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and resource management skills. + **Soft Skills:** + Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. + Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. + Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and multicultural environment. + Strong organizational and time-management skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** + PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials. + LEED accreditation or experience with sustainable building practices. + Experience managing large-scale commercial or industrial construction projects.
