Senior Operations Manager

Your main goal is to safeguard and Improve the efficiency of the company’s operations to facilitate growth and long-term success. **As a Senior Operations Manager** + Organize and oversee the daily operations of our agency + Work with the Managing Director to ensure that our business is well-coordinated and productive by managing its procedures, resources and people + Assist the Management team in reaching goals and KPIs that promote company growth + Leads a team of account/project managers who ensure high quality on-time and on-budget delivery of projects + Create or improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs + Act as the point of escalation for conflict management, providing advice and guidance to employees and partner agencies + Recognises and acts on opportunities for additional scope with existing clients, scoping projects to meet requirements. + Identify areas for improvement, plan and implement systems and processes to boost agency effectiveness + Prepare CAPEX, schedules and other organisational reports as needed + Works with team leads to tracks and report financial status of projects against current estimate. Highlights potential overruns before they occur. Escalates and resolves financial issues as they happen. + Work with the creative agencies, regional production and internal teams to structure resources for projects appropriately from the outset + Provide qualified guidance/consultation to the creative and production teams to educate, inform and demonstrate best practice etc + Provide budgeting and operational help for pitches from local to global + Coach employees on changes implemented by the Publicis Groupe + Troubleshoot problems with resourcing, budget, scope, timeline, workflow and agency engagement + Build strong, trusting relationships with key stakeholders across the business + Be a sounding board for employees **Responsibilities** **As a member of our community** + You believe passionately in the power of creativity to bring change to the world. Because the true value of a community is that we bring out the best in each other **As a team leader** + Shares knowledge and mentors wider production team with regard to the delivery of projects across all platforms + Supports production teams in development of methodologies + Collaborate and contribute to the improvement of delivery practices which include new technology and AI + Be an inspiration & motivator and he person employees can go to with any problem + Oversee employee productivity + You have a positive attitude and a passion to make a difference **Qualifications** + At least 5+ years experience in an agency and/or a production house + Experience delivering large, multi-channel creative production projects in an agency environment implementing innovative, interactive and consumer focused solutions + Experience of having adapted delivery process around those required by a client, implementing processes to ensure maximum efficiency + Optimisation and management of rate cards and production budgets + Detail oriented and solution driven with the ability to manage both agency and client expectations + Proven ability to work well under pressure and has an objective focused and positive approach + Is self-motivated, self-driven and comfortable working independently + Commitment to high standards of excellence and integrity + A strong understanding of digital, print, content and broadcast production + Multilingual content development and rollout experience desirable + Good organizational and leadership abilities + Outstanding communication and people skills + Some knowledge of industry’s legal rules and guidelines + Familiarity with MS Office and various business software (e.g. ERP, CRM) **Additional information** **wHY JOIN US** At Prodigious, our most valuable resource is our people - with a diversity of backgrounds, ideas, skills, and life experiences.
