The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

Senior Manager, Control Center Operations

As the Senior Manager, Control Center, you will lead the team responsible for ensuring operational excellence in both store replenishment and direct-to-guest fulfillment. You will oversee all Production Controllers and support staff across the building, driving execution, staffing strategies, and performance alignment in partnership with senior leadership and HQ teams. You will serve as the strategic hub between Store Operations, Labor Planning, Product, OSD, and other HQ partners, ensuring that the facility delivers against business objectives with precision and agility.

In this highly visible role, you will be responsible for synchronizing short- and long-term plans, balancing real-time execution with proactive capacity and labor strategies. You’ll monitor and adjust building plans, analyze performance trends, and provide guidance to ensure goal attainment in both daily operations and long-range workforce planning. You will champion continuous improvement initiatives that drive KPI performance and cost optimization while maintaining the flexibility to support dynamic business needs across multiple fulfillment channels.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Production Controllers and administrative support staff across shifts.Own end-to-end production control strategies for both store replenishment and direct-to-guest fulfillment, ensuring optimal staffing, execution, and contingency planning.Collaborate with HQ partners in Store Operations, Labor Planning, OSD, Product, Finance, and others to align building capabilities with enterprise demand and seasonal strategies.Partner with Site Leadership to build and adjust labor and volume forecasts in response to real-time trends and forward-looking constraints.Facilitate building-wide planning meetings to align executive teams on daily, weekly, and seasonal plans and escalation processes.Represent the building in enterprise planning conversations, including cross-site and enterprise-wide readiness calls.Analyze work-in-process and throughput trends to identify opportunities and risks, using data and reporting tools to inform decision-making.Act as the liaison for tool updates, process enhancements, and enterprise changes, ensuring the site is prepared and informed to execute with excellence.Own staffing alignment, mass postings, and cross-training strategies in partnership with HR and Operations leadership.Lead crisis response and contingency planning in partnership with Production Controllers, HR, Safety, and Operations to mitigate risk and drive recovery.

About You:

•Four-year degree, preferably in the areas of Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Technology, Operations, or related business, or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the manufacturing, production, or distribution environment and applicable management/supervisory experience or 18-36 months as an Operations Manager

• Experience with performance metrics and process improvement
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to handle changing priorities and use of good judgement in stressful situations
• Ability to motivate others with strong conflict management and problem solving skills
• Experience with the full staffing lifecycle, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and termination
• Must be flexible to work a variety of hours as business demands including overnight, weekends and holidays
• Able to access all areas of the DC, including mezzanine platforms
• Able to read and interpret necessary policies and procedures to perform updates and operate systems and other programs within the Distribution Center, for example ability to cross over the conveyors
