Who you are:The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and data-driven professional who thrives in a matrixed organization. With strong data management and analytic skills, you can manage complex sales and financial data with a high level of accuracy. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams across multiple business groups and geographies, with the flexibility to adapt to varying time zones as required. What you will do:Operational Support:Provide operational support to the Alliance organization, ensuring the smooth execution of day-to-day activities and operations.Partner Funding Program Management:Manage end-to-end (E2E) processes of partner funding programs, including forecasting, savings optimization, and rebate payment reconciliation.Analyze financial performance and projections, providing insights to help guide financial and operational decision-making.Reporting and Performance Analysis:Create, analyze, and maintain monthly reports for sell-in, sell-out, and performance metrics. Ensure accurate tracking of key performance indicators and business outcomes.Issue Resolution & Daily Operations:Act as the focal point for daily operational activities and swiftly resolve issues as they arise, ensuring minimal disruption to program objectives.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to understand their needs and resolve any issues. Maintain strong communication and alignment across organizations and geographies.Strategic Analysis & Forecasting:Analyze partner initiatives, provide strategic forecasting, and track the performance of key metrics. Communicate insights and results to stakeholders to inform decision-making.
Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field.8+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, or program management, with a proven track record in managing complex projects and operational processesStrong Excel / spreadsheet skills are a must
Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with Power BI or similar toolsPast experience working for a global Fortune 500 company; working with teams across multiple time zones
