We operate in the digital payments space and have a proven product-market fit. We specialize in helping bring B2C payments to the digital age and are poised for significant growth in the months ahead. Digital Disbursements was acquired by Western Alliance Bank (NYSE:WAL) in January 2022 and operates as a wholly owned subsidiary of WAL. The Operations Manager will be reporting to and working directly with the Director of Operations.

Position Location: Hybrid – Portland, ORPrimary responsibilities (85%+ of team member’s time will be dedicated to primary responsibilities)Manage select client relationship and accounts as primary operational contact.Oversee Sr. Operations Analysts and manage execution of daily operational tasks to facilitate payments distribution (e.g., monitor 30-day pre-distribution sprints, including key operational actions such as payment platform testing and validating data from clients).
 Additional responsibilitiesHelp refine processes and policies in areas of operations.Implement policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels.

What you'll need:

Bachelor's degree in business with 7-10 years of work experience in operations, process improvement, or equivalentHighly organized, detailed and task orientedExcellent time management skillsExceptional problem-solving, decision-making and quantitative skillsPersuasive communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to tailor communications to a broad range of audiencesAbility to build trust-based relationships and effectively collaborateSelf-starter who can identify problems, outline solutions, and drive executionAdvanced knowledge of MS office, especially Excel Fintech and/or payments experience a plus
