In this role, you will:

Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performanceUse technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issuesProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer supportPerform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional areaAssist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and proceduresApply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requestsProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Cash handling experience10--key numerical data entry experienceAbility to prioritize work to meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic environmentAbility to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment, under limited supervisionStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracyAbility to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.Ability to achieve high quality standardsGood verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
