Senior Operations Processor for DF Operations Invoicing

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Operations Processor. This job is responsible for activities that support the operational infrastructure, performance, and efficiency.

In this role, you will:

Support Operations in completing larger and more complex business, operational, and customer support initiatives and overall effectiveness of team performanceUse technical expertise in the designated area and resolve escalated issuesProvide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and customer supportPerform complex operational and customer support initiatives within Operations functional areaAssist staff, managers, and colleagues and provide guidance and interpretation of policies and proceduresApply technical knowledge and expertise to perform work and action requestsProvide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to staffCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experience in operations support, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationMore than 2 years relevant working experience in the field of Accounting/Finance preferably in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing.2 to 3 years’ experience in banking industry – Wholesale, Commercial Banking or Corporate Investment Banking or Shared Service organizationAbility to accurately process high volumes of work within established deadlinesStrong Organizations skills - detail oriented

Job Expectations:

Responsible for reviewing, validating and processing manual invoices and credit memo  received from the Vendors/dealers - appropriately on system of records.Responsible for reviewing and correcting EDI rejections utlizing existing SOR data and EDI transmission reportingEscalating rejections that can not be solved by processing team to the line of business contactsEntering database links within the SOR to allow for automated invoice processingResponsible for reviewing preowned and commercial auto requests or questions to ensure that data entry in system of record is accurateRaising identified errors for correction prior to customer fundingIdentifying required funding method and releasing fundings to clients once validation is completeResponsible for analyzing requests to determine data entry requirements and executing on changes  based on analysisValidating data entry for transactions entered by peersReleasing customer outgoing payments where applicableResponsible for communication of completion to internal and external stakeholders where applicableClerical tasks as neededAssist in month-end closing procedures as neededServe as back-up for other department membersManage emails & queriesPrevious experience in Invoice Processing is preferrable.Amenable to work on US shift: 7:30pm to 4:30am IST  (will need to have some team members able to work until 6:00 pm CST for COMS auto audit)
