Position Title: Senior Operations Support

Required Skills:

3+ years of technical and application support experience, ideally in a "Jack of all Trades" capacity

Experience troubleshooting a variety of hardware devices and software applications

Experience monitoring different systems, troubleshooting and then escalating

Windows, Chrome & Android OS experience

HP Printer experience

Experience documenting issues within a ticketing system

Ability to be on call after training period (once per quarter)

Desired Skills:

Retail industry experience, troubleshooting store technology issues

Bomgar Remote Console exposure

IT certifications such as the A+ or Net+ are desired

Description of Role/Responsibilities:

We are seeking IT Professionals who enjoy supporting a variety of hardware and software application issues. This team uses Bomgar to remote into devices and supports Windows, Chrome & Android Operating Systems. This will be a mixture of monitoring, troubleshooting, documenting and escalating issues. Those individuals who can pick up new technologies quickly and have a positive attitude will be given priority!
