The Integrated Process Team (IPT) 3 stream at our Milton Keynes site incorporates all Filling & Blending activities. We are recruiting for a Senior Technician to join our team. As a Senior Technician in IPT3, you will be a key member of the team. Responsibilities: Reporting to the Lead Technician
Must have experience of leading a team, supervising weekly and monthly workloads and be accountable for the team’s performanceGMP experience in a production environment with experience in clean rooms (Grade A,B, C & D preferable) producing sterile productsDemonstrate ability to work with other departments QA, QC, Validation, Engineering etcCreate, update and review new SOP and BMI’s coaching the team on expected standardsBecome the subject matter expert in the Filling and Visual Inspection areas, develop standard operating procedures, write and train out new SOP’s to the team, monitor team performance and ensure a Right First Time attitude is adopted across sitePerform safety reviews, i.e. COSHH, Risk assessments, Manual handling, etc.Supervise and perform on-going monitoring of cleaningChange control owner and lead investigator on deviationsDemonstrate knowledge of world class supply and integrated business planningAssist in all AuditsQualifications/Experience:
GCSE/A levels (or equivalent), with an interest in a scientific fieldExperience in a manufacturing environmentUnderstanding of product quality, for example: demonstrated through Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)Evidence of excellent attention to detail and ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)Attention to detailGood level of written and spoken EnglishCleanroom experience desirableClosing date for applications: 11th March 2025
