The Physician Operations Lead will partner with client representatives and your R1 team to perform detailed reviews of facility-wide financial and operational metrics with the goal of identifying and capitalizing upon opportunities for process, cost, and patient satisfaction improvement. The ideal candidate will partner client representatives and other R1 operators to perform detailed reviews of patient accounts with the objective of identifying cost, operations and patient satisfaction improvements. The Physician Operations Lead also serves as a liaison for training and subject matter expertise on the utilization of R1 workflow technologies. You will develop industry knowledge that serves as a foundation for career progression.
Responsibilities:
Mitigate back-end revenue leakage through change management, lean process improvement, making recommendations for innovative software/workflow development, and advanced quantitative analysis on core financial metrics.
Develops industry knowledge that serves as a foundation for career progression.
Interpret basic data sets and create data analyses to drive desired results.
Build strong working relationships with Client counterparts that can be leveraged for problem solving and process improvement.
Responds to ad-hoc client requests and develops solutions in a timely manner.
Provides value-add feedback to R1 leadership on development of project plans.
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years of Revenue Cycle experience or professional experience demonstrating progressive responsibility. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Microsoft Office Suite experience necessary with previous experience creating PowerPoint presentations
Must display knowledge of EPIC systems, including but not limited to:
Able to effectively navigate Epic Revenue cycle functions.
Knowledge of Epic workflows and configuration
Ability to design and run reporting in Epic through use of Slicer Dicer.
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $47,237.00 - $78,919.86 per year .
