Kala Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is searching for a Senior or Principal Scientist in Preformulation to serve as technical leader with responsibilities for i crystallization development, characterization and discovery of crystalline phases of candidate APIs and process intermediates, and ii selection of the phase best suited for development based on physicochemical properties. The individual will be a physical chemist, physical-organic chemist or process engineer with a strong track record in the area of crystallization development, crystalline phase behavior, polymorphism and solid form characterization.
