Primary Purpose PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Provides functional support to the finance community for the Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM applications. Serve as a system administrator and system configurator. Applications in scope include ERP – PPM, GL; EPM – EPBCS/Projects, EPCM, FCCS, EDMCS Primary Duties PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Provide Oracle Cloud application configuration & issue support for monthly Actuals close, Forecast/LE and Budget/LRP processes. Includes allocations, consolidations, reporting and financial transaction support. Coordinate and assist in the implementation of system fixes, monthly/quarterly vendor releases and enhancements, working closely with IT and the business communities. Coordinate automated and manual system activities to support monthly/quarterly/annual business cycles and outcomes. Maintain web-based training offerings for new users and Oracle Guided Learning for in-application support, keeping pace with Oracle release changes. Maintain required documentation to support SOX controls, audit requests and regulatory data requests. Monitor/assist subordinate positions, promoting Exelon values and providing knowledge transfer of relevant skills and company practices. Job Scope JOB SCOPE The position is the Sr. Financial Systems Analyst role supporting Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM applications and business processes. Requires the ability to interact with the functional and technical owners of multiple systems, to do impact analysis on system change requests and the ability to analyze and diagnose system issues in an accurate and timely manner. Excellent analytical skills, communication skills, project management abilities and customer service orientation are required. Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, computer science or mathematics • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in accounting, finance or financial systems related position • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Oracle Cloud • Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects and teams concurrently • Demonstrated ability to perform under pressure • Commitment to the highest standards of quality and integrity • Solid analytical capabilities • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Strong interpersonal skills and team working capabilities • Strong aptitude of financial systems and related technologies • Oracle Cloud ERP/EPM • Oracle Cloud Reporting: Narrative, Smart View, OTBI, OACS/FDI • Microsoft 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams) Preferred Qualifications PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • MBA in Finance, Accounting or Systems • CPA or other financial certification • Public Accounting experience • Oracle Cloud consulting experience • Utility industry experience Benefits Benefits Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $86,400.00/Yr. – $118,800.00/Yr.
