This is a remote opportunity. **Responsibilities include, but are not limited** **to:** The main role of the Senior Oracle HCM Functional Analyst is to transform human resources processes with the use of technology. Identify and implement HCM business process and technology solutions with client goals and future maintenance and sustainability in mind. Solve highly complex functional problems. The key skills used daily are – requirements gathering, backlog refinement and requirements transaction, high level of techno-functional skills, HCM product knowledge, problem solving skills, and customer engagement/service expertise. + Consults and builds enhancements and configurations with Oracle Redwood features and related extensions with configurable best practices and design principles. + Interacts with customers regarding strategies, requirements, problem solving, and support. + Consults with management and client/customers regarding product feasibility and viability of product plans and designs. + Gather Requirements, Conduct Design Sessions, and Perform Fit-Gap Analysis + Provide advisory on Best Practices and advise on Business Process Re-Design if necessary. + Provide End to End HCM product Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications and advise on factors emerging technologies, best practices, and product supportability into design and implementation. + Help Support complex configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud Modules + Design technical solutions using tools such as fast formulas, approval rules, notifications, page personalization, and security configurations. + Serves as primary Subject Matter Expert for development team. + Oversees Functional design, development, and implementation of large projects and/or major software products and Solutions for client/customers. **Basic Qualifications:** + 8+ years of relevant implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Applications with HCM modules + Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Business + Must have any one of the Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Certification(s) + World-class expert in Oracle HCM Application Modules, whose expertise is demonstrated by original designs, published works, and peer acknowledgement, + Expert understanding of entire HR Business Life Cycle along with latest oracle redwood themes and features. + Strong understanding of out of the box features extensions and Industry best practices + Familiarity or Knowledge of the Oracle Fusion HCM Application Modules - Global HR, Checklists/tasks, Talent Management and Acquisition such as Talent Profiles, Performance, Goals, Career and Succession and Recruiting + Strong understanding of application modules, particularly in Human Capital Management + Good understanding of Fusion Security Users/Roles Architecture in Security Console + Excellent Analytical Skills with a proven approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques **Security Clearance** **Requirements:** + U.S. Citizen with active SECRET Clearance **Physical Requirements:** + Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. + Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. + The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
