We are seeking an experienced Oracle PL/SQL Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle PL/SQL code in support of various software applications and projects within our organization.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 4 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain Oracle PL/SQL code for database-driven applications.
2. Design, implement, and optimize stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages to support business requirements.
3. Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
4. Perform database performance tuning and optimization, including PLSQL code optimization, and query optimization.
5. Develop and maintain Unix shell scripts to automate system tasks, data processing, and application workflows.
6. Troubleshoot and debug existing scripts to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
7. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
8. Troubleshoot and debug PL/SQL code as needed.
9. Identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and data integrity issues.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Oracle PL/SQL development.

Must Have Skills:

1. Proven experience as an Oracle PL/SQL Developer (5 years plus).
2. Strong proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL programming, including stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages.
3. Strong proficiency in collections.
4. Strong understanding of database architecture.
5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
6. Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have Skills:

8. Experience as a Unix Scripting Developer.
9. Proficiency in Unix shell scripting (bash, ksh, csh, etc.).
10. Understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and command-line utilities.
11. Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., cron) and job automation frameworks.
12. Experience with performance tuning and optimization techniques.
13. Familiarity with Oracle database administration tasks.
14. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration tools (e.g., Jenkins).
15. Knowledge in wealth management domain
16. Experience working in an Agile development environment.
