Senior Order Management/Billing Analyst

In our high-growth, execution-focused software company, we’re looking for an individual to join our team as a Senior Analyst on the Billing and Order Management team. This role will be responsible for ensuring accurate customer onboarding, order processing, and invoicing.

The ideal candidate can navigate both high-volume and high-profile customers and address their procurement requirements and supplier portals. This role will collaborate with colleagues across product, sales, and finance to support a collaborative environment and drive accurate order management.

Required to attend the office (11th Floor, SM Aura Premier Office Tower, McKinley Parkway, Fort Bonifacio, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Fourth District) in-person 3 times per week.

Responsibilities:

Follow best practices and policies in setting up new customers, contracts and renewals to ensure accurate invoicing based on executed sales orders.

Ensure accurate records in the accounting system (NetSuite) based on sales orders from the CRM system (Salesforce).

Follow customer invoicing requirements including purchase orders and supplier portals to ensure timely processing and payments.

Respond promptly to external and internal customer queries, requests, and documentation.

Collaborate with key stakeholders and especially with Deal Desk to ensure orders are executed in line with customer expectations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required. Accounting or Finance field preferred.

At least 3 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar role.

Highly organized, efficient with strong attention to details.

Excellent work ethic, self-aware, transparent, and open to feedback.

Ability to multitask and prioritize at times of high volume and multiple deadlines.

Strong quantitative skills and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Experience in ERP processes and systems—NetSuite experience preferred.

Strong communication skills in English.
