Senior Organizational Change Management Lead\nPXE Transformation Office\nWhy We Have This Role

\nThe Transformation Office is seeking a new team member who will play a critical role in revolutionizing our systems and processes within the Product, UX, and Engineering (PXE) Organization at Qualtrics. This role will lead the people-side of change for large multi-year transformations that sit at the intersection of strategy and execution. You will analyze current norms and team cultures to design change efforts that drive the joyful adoption of new processes, technologies, and behaviors to help Qualtrics deliver on its company goals. Through artful change management, you will work with people across the organization to influence the future of how the PXE organization works.

\n\n\nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nYou will help grow and evolve the Transformation and BizOps disciplines within PXE.\nYou will influence core systems and processes that underpin the success of the PXE organization and Qualtrics.\nYou will gain breadth of exposure and knowledge across many functions in a large Product, UX, and Engineering organization.\nYou will have continuous exposure to senior leaders within the PXE organization.\nAssess change impact: Partner with stakeholders to assess the impact of changes on employees, teams, and departments. Define the scale, scope, and key milestones of the change initiative.\nDesign the change: Design and implement comprehensive change management efforts that cover communication, training, stakeholder analysis and engagement, and readiness activities to ensure successful adoption.\nCo-Develop Training Programs: Collaborate with subject matter experts to design training programs that enable employees to successfully adopt new technologies or processes.\n \n\n\nThings You’ll Do\n\n\nCo-Manage Training Execution: Partner with stakeholder teams deliver training sessions to enable employees to use new systems or processes effectively.\nProvide Post-Implementation Support: Offer support after the change is implemented through resources, feedback loops, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth transition.  \nDrive Change Adoption: Promote the benefits of change and foster a culture that embraces continuous transformation. Ensure employees at all levels understand the value of the new systems or processes.\nIdentify and Address Resistance: Proactively identify potential sources of resistance and develop strategies to address them. Work with leaders to mitigate resistance and foster buy-in across the organization.\nMonitor and Measure Adoption: Define and track metrics to assess the success of change initiatives. Use data to inform and adjust change management strategies as necessary.\nDevelop Change Champions: Identify and empower \"change champions\" across the organization to help drive engagement and foster positive attitudes toward the changes being implemented.\nAct as an internal consultant: Provide structured thinking and an objective perspective on various business topics to different departments.\n\n\nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field AND 10+ years of work experience.\nCertification in Organizational Change Management (CCMP or similar certification) highly preferred.\n7+ years of experience in organizational change management, with a proven track record of managing change within a technology-focused environment.\nExperience working in a transformation or program management office on large-scale, multi-year transformations across 1000+ employee organizations.\nPrevious experience in employee training or leadership development is a plus.\nExperience in effectively engaging, consulting, and informing stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and buy-in.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise messaging for diverse audiences.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer. Full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, life and disability, 401(k) with match, paid time off, a wellness reimbursement, mental health benefits, and an experience bonus.
