Danfoss is looking for a Senior OT/ICS Security Consultant to help drive security related activities across the company and continually enhance the security level.
We are on a Digital Transformation journey, which includes all aspects of IT and OT. The future of Smart Manufacturing requires full focus on securing all assets in scope.
For this position, we are seeking a person with a strong background in OT/ICS security and manufacturing processes.

Job Responsibilities You are eager to lead the way to ensure that we execute the right initiatives and activities to continuously stay secure within the entire OT/ICS environment. As a strong communicator and team player you will build the bridge between the business segments and Danfoss Group Digital & IT to ensure the complexity becomes understandable and tangible actions can be performed. Background & Skills Must have knowledge and experience of implementing OT/ICS Security standards and frameworks (e.g. ISA - ISA99/IEC62443, ISO27001, NIST SP 800-82 etc.) Deep understanding of OT/ICS architecture, systems and network communication, as well as automation protocols such as Modbus, Profibus etc. and expertise in designing secure OT/ICS solutions is required Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in an OT/ICS Security or similar role Excellent interpersonal skills, comfortable working at all levels within an organization and in a wide variety of situations Collaborative skills, as you will be working with both internal colleagues and external vendors to guide and support securing new and existing solutions Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are a prerequisite Certifications by an accredited body such as ISC² (CISSP, ISSAP), GIAC (GICSP), ISA (ISA/IEC 62443 certification program) or similar and relevant trainings – e.g. from SANS Institute - are considered an advantage Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
