Join Gallo’s Corporate Engineering team as a Sr. Technical Manager in OT/ICS Security, where you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding our operational technology environment. As a security professional, you will tackle intricate challenges that demand precision and prompt action, leveraging your expertise in both OT and IT systems. Your contributions will be crucial in maintaining the security and integrity of our operations, ensuring seamless production processes across our facilities. In this role, you will establish and enforce OT Security Policies, Standards, and Guidelines, diligently monitoring and mitigating security threats using various industry-leading security tools. You will resolve security conflicts and make informed decisions through thorough risk assessments. Additionally, you will develop comprehensive OT Security Controls Documentation and Training Manuals, empowering our team with the knowledge and resources to uphold security standards. Your strategic input will be essential in discussions regarding capital projects and plant-wide initiatives across various sites. What You Need + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking or Engineering plus 10 years of Operations Technology (OT) security or cybersecurity experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, which may include Gallo TMDP or OMDP experience, OR, Bachelor of Science Degree plus 15 years of Engineering experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility. OR, Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, Cybersecurity or Engineering plus 8 years of Operations Technology (OT) Security or cybersecurity experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility, which may include Gallo TMDP or OMDP experience; OR, PhD in Information Science or Computer Science, with a concentration in cybersecurity, plus 6 years of OT security or cybersecurity experience, reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or state issued equivalent, plus 19 years of Operations Technology or cybersecurity experience. + Must have at least 1 or more of the following, or equivalent cybersecurity certifications: CISSP, CISM, GSEC, GICSP or ISA/IEC 62443 + Expertise in OT and IT systems. + Proven experience in implementing OT Security policies, standards, and guidelines. + Proficiency in monitoring, responding to and mitigating OT security threats. + Strong understanding of risk assessment and decision-making based on risk analysis. + May be required to travel at least 25% of the time, domestically, for project meetings at site or vendor offices, construction oversight, start-up management, clear communication with site, project continuity and effective project leadership. + May be required to travel up to 5% of the time, internationally, for Factory Acceptance Testing and meetings at vendor offices. + Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. What Will Set You Apart + BS, MS, or PhD in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or Electrical and Computer Engineering with concentration in cybersecurity plus 12 years technical leadership experience. + At least 1 additional certification such as GRID, CEH, CRISC, advanced ISA/IEC 62443 certifications or other relevant OT security certifications. + Experience in developing OT Security Controls documentation and playbooks. + Familiarity with NIST CSF (National Institute of Standards and Technology cybersecurity framework). + Knowledge of critical infrastructure protection programs and regulations (Ex. NERC CIP). + Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. + Experience effectively presenting information to top management. + Skilled in the use of MS Excel, MS Outlook and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level. + L6S Certification (Black Belt/ Green Belt). + Presentation Skills. + Technical Writing Skills. + Technical Evaluation Skills. + Strong Enlisting and Engaging Skills. + Demonstrated expertise with twelve (12) or more years of experience in one or more of the following areas: + CPG Manufacturing Systems (Filling, Labeling, Packaging, etc.) + Winery Manufacturing Systems (Fermentation, Piping, Filtration, etc.) + Utility Systems (Power & Distribution, Steam, Water, Waste, etc.) + Data Systems (SQL, Trending, Reporting, Visualization) + Control Systems (Rockwell, SCADA, PLC, Instrumentation) + Agricultural Equipment and Infrastructure Systems (irrigation, site grading, drainage, etc.) + Glass Manufacturing Systems + R&D stage-gate process (carrying out lab-pilot-production trials and scale-up projects related to new processes/products). + Wine/Sprits/beverages knowledge (Fermentation Science, Separations, winery processes, wine chemistry, new product development/innovation, food safety, HAACP). Compensation: + Hiring Salary Range Posted: $147,300 - $220,900 / year + Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by factors such as the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
