(Senior) P2Q Process Enablement Manager
**THE POSITION** Joining our company, you will have the opportunity to lead one of the Process Enablement Teams in the GBS Center Wroclaw organization. This team provides support to the Production to Engineering and Quality to Control Process and Program Management organization in the areas of Validation and Change Control. You will be part of a globally operating team that focuses on designing, building, and constantly enhancing Boehringer Ingelheim's global processes. Our team follows agile principles, methods, and tools on a daily basis. **Tasks & responsibilities** + As the Senior Manager of Produce to Quality Process Enablement, you have the overall responsibility for leading a workstream with up to 10 direct reports, including Team Manager(s). Your role is guided by the company's Our Behaviors values, Leadership Principles, and the Global Recruiting Delivery Model, while adhering to internal and external compliance regulations. + You are responsible for overseeing and monitoring the teams and ensuring the execution of P2Q PE processes for all service-receiving teams, based on established metrics. + Your role involves integrating services into GBSC (Global Business Services Center) and managing a smooth transition, service delivery, and process harmonization across all sub-teams. + You will prepare the team and end-users for the Go-live of new services and potential new processes. Additionally, you will focus on stabilizing processes after deployment and supporting change management post Go-live. + Fostering an innovation mindset is a key aspect of your role. You are responsible for ensuring the implementation of process improvements within your managed processes. + You will be involved in projects and work in an environment where service quality is measured using targets. Your role includes ensuring process adherence and driving continuous improvement. + Strong communication skills are essential as you will successfully manage stakeholder interactions with different teams within the organization. + With your previous experience in Enabling Services, you understand the value your team brings to the organization. This enables you to effectively organize and prioritize activities accordingly. + You are well-versed in Agile methods and tools. You have the capability to manage and develop a team using Agile elements and can implement Agile methods into your processes and teams. **About our future employee** To be considered for this position, you should have the following qualifications and skills: + Verified knowledge in Computer Systems Validation (CSV) and extensive knowledge of GxP regulations within the Pharmaceutical Industry. + English proficiency at a C1 level. + Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Quality and/or Validation Management in the Pharmaceutical Industry, with at least 5 years of leadership experience. + Master's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, IT, or a related field. + Experience with agile methodologies and tools is required. + Possess an agile, accountable, and entrepreneurial mindset with a dedicated solution- and result-oriented approach. + Project management experience is a must. + Demonstrated empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service orientation with a continuous improvement mindset. + Proven problem-solving ability to manage complex and/or sensitive situations, and successfully recommend, influence, and implement solutions that may require engaging different levels within the organization. + Excellent communication skills. + High customer service orientation and an open mindset. + Excellent analytical skills, strategic mindset, and the ability to prioritize effectively. + Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
