As a member of Liquid IV’s Operations Team, the Sr. Analyst plays an integral role in planning and monitoring inventory needs for all materials/components used in production. This role coordinates activities with LIV supply team, Suppliers, and Co-Manufacturers to support and help develop the operation of Liquid IV’s supply chain plans. The Sr. Packaging Analyst is responsible for monitoring Liquid IV’s MRP and ERP systems to plan materials effectively. In a fast-paced and hyper growth environment, the Sr. Packaging Analyst must be adaptable to the operational needs that drive the overall company’s success. **Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:** + **Materials Resource Management** – review and manage supply of packaging materials across copacker network by ensuring safety stock levels are maintained and orders arrive on time and in full. + Collaborate with the Supply Planning team to develop and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual material plans for assigned materials. + Conduct supply/demand reviews with Supply Planners and Suppliers to monitor and manage overall demand/supply status. + Collaborate with suppliers to ensure cost updates are accurately reflected and maintained in SharePoint. + Evaluate the performance of assigned suppliers, tracking and maintaining KPI’s to identify opportunities for operational improvements that align with Liquid IV’s demand and growth strategies. Proactively implement corrective action plans as needed to drive continuous improvement initiatives. + **Material Ordering** – communicate forecasted requirements to suppliers and manage orders to ensure timely support of production needs. + Maintain regular weekly communication with suppliers to ensure on time delivery, accuracy of data, and adherence to ordering parameters for assigned materials. + **Inventory Control – Monitor incoming materials, process systematic receipts, manage stock status, and oversee material transfers.** + Identify inventory discrepancies and collaborate with Co-manufactures and Suppliers to improve inventory management systems. + Assist the International and Innovation teams with packaging material-related matters as required. + Ad hoc analysis and reporting. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** The successful candidate will have the following qualifications: + Background in Materials Planning in a multi-location network. + Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, supply chain, mathematics, or related field) + Minimum 3 years' relevant experience. + Highly organized and dependable. + Be self-sufficient without requiring oversight. + Comfortable working in a very diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines. + Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; able to perform data extraction and analysis + Proficient in Microsoft Office apps. + Ability to prepare reports with data visualization as necessary. + Verbal and demonstrated written communication skills. + High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. + Ability to quickly learn new programs, dashboards, databases, and tools. + Manage multiple priorities while thinking both tactically and strategically. + Consistently demonstrate objectivity, deliver results, and take initiative. + Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change. + Ability to interact with external and internal teams in a thoughtful and professional manner. **What We Give:** + 100% company-paid medical, dental and vision insurance for employees (PPO, HMO and Kaiser options). + A 401k plan with company match, short and long-term disability coverage. + A generous PTO and sick policy that includes 13+ paid annual holidays. + Wellness classes (fitness, mental health, nutrition, finance, etc.). + An Employee Assistance Program, including membership for guided meditation for all employees. + Monthly tech and wellness reimbursement. + An infinite supply of Liquid I.V. for endless hydration! **Work Environment:** + Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events with up to 10% travel. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. The expected salary range for this position is $86,100 - $129,100 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
