As a member of the SEO & Paid Media team, you will drive paid media strategy across social & search channels for several important marketing initiatives. You will develop effective ad campaigns to achieve our business goals by engaging engineers and scientists on Facebook, LinkedIn, Google and other channels. Within the advertising team, you will act as our primary paid social subject matter expert.  You will collaborate with marketing campaign managers, technical SMEs, and international digital marketing specialists on key projects and campaigns. You will be responsible for managing, coordinating, and implementing multiple paid media projects simultaneously. 

Our hybrid model allows employees to balance work-life flexibility by spending 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely each week.

Responsibilities Develop paid media strategy by creating comprehensive campaign plans (audiences, channels, budgets, timing, ad messaging, etc.) based on stakeholder requirements and keyword/audience research.   Effectively plan budgets and execute high volumes of campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve traffic and engagement goals Leverage ad data and web analytics tools to monitor performance trends, analyze visitor behavior, and identify opportunities for campaign improvement. Build and deliver data-driven presentations to share campaign results, content insights, and other analyses with your key stakeholders Work closely with content and creative teams to optimize landing pages, images, and video creative for ad units Act as the primary paid social subject matter expert on the team to inform our overall program strategy   Minimum Qualifications A bachelor's degree and 6 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree and 3 years of professional work experience, or equivalent experience) is required. Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this position. Candidates for this position must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer without restriction. Additional Qualifications 5 years project and campaign management experience in a high-volume marketing environment, preferably in B2B high-tech. Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize campaigns to achieve business goals (i.e.  traffic, engagement, and conversion goals.) Knowledge of paid media best practices and experience with industry tools (e.g. Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, Google Ads) Experience with web analytics software (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics). Excellent communication skills, analytical orientation, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams toward a strategic vision.
