Senior Partner Manager, Exchanges, Americas

Reporting to the Global Head of Exchanges, you are a senior partnership manager candidate capable of developing, owning and managing large partner relationships and strategic initiatives.  You will be directly responsible for:
 

Developing partnership strategies focused on driving adoption of Circle’s existing products and identifying opportunities for mutually beneficial stablecoin partnerships with crypto exchanges and prime brokers

Working cross-functionally to design and execute partner success plans and grow partnership scope and impact 

Working with product to validate market assumptions, build partnership launch plans and ultimately drive results in Circle’s relationships with leading crypto exchanges

Align with each partner on joint growth objectives; develop and execute plans to achieve objectives 

Work closely with Business Development, Support, Product, Compliance, Risk and Billing to ensure an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll bring to Circle: 

10+ years of Account Management or Business Development experience

Experience within Capital Markets 

Grit, resiliency, and an optimistic attitude

A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset to pursue new opportunities and drive exceptional results with limited oversight

You are obsessed with customer success and believe your number one responsibility is the best interests and growth enablement of your customers. 

You are comfortable with creating success plans to track customer outcomes while developing a deep understanding of their business goals, initiatives and use cases to support both short and long term goals and then realizing those into solid tangible outcomes.

Extreme pride in everything you do

Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency technology

Excellent pipeline management and ability to prioritize across an expansive set of initiatives to maximize business growth

Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English

Experience preparing structured and concise internal and external communication memos 

Thrives in ambiguity but is also capable of operating in a structured environment with clear risk management and compliance controls

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $160,000 - $207,500
