About the Role
As Senior Partner Manager, you will develop and execute the Partnerships and Alliances strategy across Germany, France, Spain and other European countries. You will oversee three Partner Managers, with a focus on strengthening partnerships, expanding market presence, and fostering operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategy and Leadership
o Define and implement the Partnerships and Alliances strategy aligned with the corporate segment strategy.
o Lead partner acquisition, retention, and growth initiatives to drive revenue and expand the customer base.
o Manage, mentor, and motivate a high-performing partner management team, setting clear goals and KPIs to enhance team performance.
o Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and market intelligence, supporting pricing and customer retention strategies.
· Partner Development and Collaboration
o Build strong relationships with strategic partners to support joint go-to-market campaigns and account planning with sales teams.
o Drive alignment with solution consultants and professional services for seamless customer implementation and satisfaction.
o Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to execute impactful product campaigns and achieve key pipeline metrics.
· Performance Tracking and Reporting
o Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including sales targets, renewals, and satisfaction, to ensure continuous improvement.
o Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) summarizing financial results, growth opportunities, and risk mitigation strategies.

· Operational Excellence, Strategic Account Planning, Partner Engagement, and Team Development.
About You
· 10+ years in Partner and Alliances management, with experience in tax, financial, or legal software solutions.
· Proven success in achieving sales/revenue goals within complex software environments.
· Background with global clients, preferably from the Big 4/6 or the tax technology sector.
· Multilingual, with fluency in German, French, and Spanish.
· Skilled in CRM and sales management tools, with an analytical approach to forecasting.
· Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, including experience with senior sales and partner teams.
