As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Partner Manager to lead our Global Systems Integrators (GSI) partner marketing strategy across the EMEA region.

In this role, you will create and execute marketing strategies and programs that amplify the value of Snowflake’s partnerships with key GSIs, driving joint go-to-market success and customer engagement. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Develop and Implement Partner Marketing Strategies to support our GSI alliances strategy:

Design and execute marketing plans to support Snowflake’s EMEA key GSI partnerships, driving awareness, expanding our engagement, and revenue growth.

Collaborate with GSIs to co-develop joint value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

Create Joint Marketing Programs:

Plan and deliver joint campaigns, events, and content that showcase the combined value of Snowflake and its GSI partners.

Develop and manage co-marketing initiatives, including webinars, case studies, and thought leadership content.

Support Scaled Enablement Programmes:

Equip GSI partners with marketing assets, training, and tools to effectively promote Snowflake’s solutions to their customers.

Organize partner enablement events, workshops, and sessions to drive alignment and readiness.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Define and measure key performance indicators for partner marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.

Collaborate Across Teams:

Work closely with Snowflake’s partner, sales, marketing, and product teams to align on goals and ensure consistency in messaging and execution.

Foster strong relationships with GSI marketing teams to build trust and drive joint success.

Market Insights and Feedback:

Act as a conduit for market and customer insights from GSI partners to Snowflake’s internal teams.

Influence marketing strategies with EMEA-specific trends and requirements.

Budget Tracking and Management:

Keep track of the GSI initiatives that hit our budget - tracking and utilization - in partnership with the field partner marketing and partner managers to ensure alignment and consistency

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Experience:

7+ years of partner marketing, field marketing, or related experience in the technology industry.

Proven track record of designing and executing successful partner marketing programs.

Experience and expertise in working with GSIs strongly preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content and campaigns.

Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.

Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external partners.

Ability to influence, motivate and work in a highly cross-functional matrix environment to drive outcomes based plans, programs and execution

Knowledge:

Understanding of the EMEA market dynamics and the role of GSIs in driving enterprise digital transformation.

Familiarity with cloud, data analytics, and AI/ML technologies is highly desirable.

Other:

Ability to travel up to 20% of the time within EMEA and occasionally internationally.
