**Senior Partner Marketing Manager, Partner Experience**
**About the Job:**
The Red Hat Global Partner Marketing team is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to lead development and execution of global partner programs that recognize and reward partner success, drive partner engagement, and cultivate partner advocacy. You will collaborate cross-functionally with the Ecosystem Sales, Executive Engagement Marketing and Regional Partner Marketing teams to drive partner participation in these programs to showcase joint solutions and maximize sales impact.
**What You Will Do**
+ Build and execute a global partner awards program to reward and recognize achievements in technology innovation, customer success and market leadership
+ Develop and execute a partner reference program to collect and curate joint customer stories
+ Grow and manage library of partner references to support sales opportunities, events and digital experiences
+ Plan and deliver an exceptional level partner briefing program to enhance executive engagement.
+ Collaborate with Ecosystem Sales and EBC teams to build the agenda, identify the right mix of c-level and technical speakers to deliver a highly valuable and customized partner event that aligns to business objectives
**What You Will Bring**
+ Understand the partner landscape and the different GTM routes
+ 8+ years of software industry experience, preferably within an area of infrastructure software, e.g. operating systems (Linux preferred), virtualization, cloud, or systems management
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science or related area, or equivalent experience
+ Ability to develop proof points around turning messaging and positioning into high-value assets
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
+ Ability and experience working in an inspirational, influence-driven, cross-functional environment
+ Ability to be meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once in a highly complex environment
The salary range for this position is $86,770.00 - $138,850.00. Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.
**Pay Transparency**
Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
