Snowflake is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager - U.S. Public Sector to drive joint go-to-market (GTM) strategies and marketing execution with leading systems integrators (SIs), consulting firms, and professional services organizations focused on the U.S. Public Sector. This role is critical in accelerating Snowflake’s presence and impact within federal, state, and local government agencies, as well as education and defense sectors, by building and scaling high-impact partnerships with service providers that help customers leverage Snowflake for AI, data modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader and hands-on executor, capable of working across sales, alliances, marketing, and partner teams to drive joint demand generation, co-marketing initiatives, and revenue acceleration. You will have a strong understanding of the U.S. Public Sector ecosystem, procurement cycles, compliance requirements, and the role that SI’s play in digital transformation.
This role requires the ability to balance strategic planning with execution, ensuring that Snowflake’s SI and consulting partnerships are effectively positioned, marketed, and leveraged to drive public sector customer success.
AS A SENIOR, PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute marketing plans with key SIs and consulting partners that align with Snowflake’s public sector business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with public sector sales, global alliances, field marketing, and demand generation teams to align on joint marketing efforts.
Partnership Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with public sector-focused SIs and consulting firms to drive Snowflake adoption in federal, state, and local government agencies.
Maximize and manage budget to drive high-impact joint marketing programs with SI and consulting partners.
Campaign Development: Design, execute, and manage integrated marketing campaigns, including public sector-focused events, co-branded content, digital marketing, and demand generation programs.
Performance Tracking & Optimization: Establish KPIs and regularly track the performance of marketing initiatives, adjusting strategies and tactics as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure partner-driven revenue growth.
OUR IDEALS SENIOR PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:
5-8+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance management, business development, or consulting, with a focus on public sector and/or SI partnerships.
Strong understanding of the U.S. Public Sector procurement process, compliance regulations, and the role of SIs and consulting firms in government digital transformation.
Experience with public sector compliance frameworks (e.g., FedRAMP, CMMC, ITAR) and government contracting vehicles is a plus.
Prior experience working with Carahsoft in addition to top-tier SIs, GSIs, and public sector consulting firms (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture Federal, Booz Allen Hamilton, SAIC, Leidos, etc.).
Experience executing joint GTM strategies, partner marketing campaigns, and demand generation programs for public sector customers.
The ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a strong ability to create actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners at all levels.
A bias for action. A proactive mindset with the ability to act decisively, take initiative, and move projects forward efficiently while bringing people along the journey.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions and influence stakeholders.
The ability to think big and re-imagine how Snowflake can deliver value to customers in collaboration with our partner ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $147,000 - $204,700.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
