Snowflake is looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager – Operations & Strategic Partners to lead partner marketing operations to scale efficiency, programming and messaging across all partners in Snowflake's ecosystem. This role will also cover a small subset of strategic technology partners.
This role is critical to the growth and scalability of Snowflake’s partner ecosystem. By managing high-value strategic partners while also optimizing partner marketing operations, this position ensures that Snowflake is both driving high-impact partnerships and streamlining how partners engage with our brand, resources, and co-marketing opportunities.
The ideal candidate is an execution-focused marketer who thrives at the intersection of strategic planning, partner management, marketing execution, and operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally with partner operations and enablement, digital marketing, field marketing, IT, and alliance leaders to drive partner success and optimize Snowflake’s broader partner marketing engine.
AS A SENIOR PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:Own and optimize the Snowflake Partner Portal, ensuring that partners have access to self-serve marketing assets, enablement resources, and GTM playbooks to accelerate joint success.
Oversee and streamline market development funds (MDF) operations, ensuring efficient fund distribution, tracking, and ROI measurement.
Drive Snowflake’s online partner presence, ensuring accurate and compelling representation of our partner ecosystem on the website, marketplace, and digital channels.
Collaborate with field marketing and demand generation teams to ensure partners can easily leverage Snowflake’s marketing tools, best practices, and co-marketing opportunities at scale.
Identify opportunities to automate and scale partner marketing operations, reducing friction and increasing partner engagement.
Own and execute joint marketing strategies for a select group of strategic technology partners (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, NVIDIA), driving brand awareness and joint demand generation.
Work closely with partner alliances, sales, and product marketing teams to align messaging and positioning for joint solutions.
Track and optimize the impact of strategic partner marketing initiatives, leveraging KPIs and data-driven insights.
OUR IDEAL SENIOR PARTNER MARKETING MANAGER WILL HAVE:
7+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliances, marketing operations, or go-to-market roles, preferably in SaaS, cloud, AI, or data ecosystems.
Understanding of partner marketing infrastructure, including partner portals, MDF programs, and self-serve marketing enablement.
The ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a strong ability to create actionable marketing plans that align with business objectives.
Relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal teams and external partners at all levels.
A bias for action. A proactive mindset with the ability to act decisively, take initiative, and move projects forward efficiently while bringing people along the journey.
Verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex value propositions and influence stakeholders.
The ability to think big and re-imagine how Snowflake can deliver value to customers in collaboration with our partner ecosystem.
Prior experience working with strategic technology partners (e.g., ISVs, AI/ML companies, enterprise SaaS platforms) to develop joint marketing and GTM campaigns preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role: The estimated base salary range for this role is $147,000 - $204,700.Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan.
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
