Job Title: Senior Partner Marketing Specialist
Reports to: Senior Marketing Manager of Korea or Director of Japan Marketing
Region & Area: Asia Pacific, Japan/ Korea
Job Summary: The Senior Partner Marketing Specialist will work closely with AVEVA’s partners and channel sales teams in Korea and Japan to create demand, drive engagement, and enable partners to generate more business with their customers. This role requires a dynamic and agile B2B marketing professional who can develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that align with AVEVA’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Regional Partner Marketing Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy for Korea and Japan, aligned with AVEVA’s strategic plan and growth initiatives for Korea and Japan.
Drive Pipeline Generation and Growth: Focus on driving pipeline generation, new customer acquisition, and increasing brand awareness for AVEVA through partner marketing initiatives.
Manage Marketing Development Funds (MDF): Oversee the MDF budget for Korea and Japan, review and approve joint marketing plans, and ensure effective utilization of funds to maximize ROI.
Execute Marketing Programs: Ensure global marketing programs and campaigns are adapted for deployment via channel partners, including a mix of partner-led/joint in-person and virtual/digital marketing programs.
Facilitate Best Practice Sharing: Promote best practice sharing among partners and guide them on innovative marketing approaches.
Collaborate with Key Stakeholders: Work closely with AVEVA’s partner ecosystem and cross-functional teams, including regional/field marketing and sales, to plan and execute partner campaigns and initiatives.
Measure and Optimize Performance: Track and measure the impact of partner marketing initiatives using well-defined metrics and KPIs and optimize resources against outcomes and budget.
Localize Engagement: Enhance the engagement value of SSPs and Mega SIs, and developer partners with localization of content and experience,
Execute Developer Campaigns: Implement campaigns to grow the developer community aligned with the platform strategy, embracing new partner types that need recruitment or nurture.
Improve Developer Community experience with localization: Maintain a regional developer/tech advocate community and following engagement.
Skills and Experience:
B2B Marketing Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the hi-tech industry, with a focus on partner marketing.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and understand how partner marketing fits into the broader go-to-market plan.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans.
Project Management: Strong project management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Data-Driven: Understanding of demand generation, ROI, and data-driven marketing.
Understand Partner Ecosystem: Familiarity with the "seller" partner ecosystem and MDF programs.
Creative Mindset: A self-starter with a creative mindset and a passion for partners.
Collaboration: A collaborative team player who can work effectively with cross-functional teams and partners.

Hybrid working
