Why We Need you!
The Director, EMEA Partner Sales is looking for someone who can bring high levels of energy, activity and personality into the North Region reseller base. Working with and through our distribution teams, you will be passionate about driving business through our resellers, keen to build strong business relationships from BDR to CEO. You will have a partner first sales focus and enjoy working autonomously in a mature team, spreading the word, driving partner sourced new business while protecting and maintaining existing revenue.
What you will be doing:
Achieve quarterly revenue target for the North Region, working with Ivanti Resellers Lead from the front in developing business with our partners. Be active and visible to our reseller community – up to 50% of your time spent on the road. Manage, plan and execute all Partner based activities. Produce annual business plan for all chosen regional partners and review on quarterly basis. Drive sales engagement through Regional Distribution partners and large account resellers. Agree sales and technical enablement plan for value added resellers and large account resellers. “Go-to” team member within the territory for all channel requirements. Internal channel ambassador Help partners and Sales team develop opportunities with existing and new accounts. Attend and participate in team calls and business reviews with Territory Managers Attend User Groups/Marketing Events in the field when appropriate.To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:
5 plus years of experience in a software channel development function in the Software Mobility Management, End Point & Network Security and or Service Management space. Knowledge of Distribution, Large account resellers, Value Added Resellers & SI’s Demonstrated success in major account development, relationship building, ability to work at multiple levels Record of achieving & exceeding new business ACV goals – end user sales is a bonus Proven time management skills in a dynamic sales environment Good Microsoft office skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Excellent communication skills written and spoken. Strong organizational skills with ability to handle various tasks without losing attention to detail Fluent English. Experience using Salesforce.com for opportunity management, activity tracking and reporting.
Education/ Licensing/Certification:
Degree in Business or equivalent experience
