Position Overview:
As the Senior Partner Solutions Manager, you will work with a Partner Solutions Director to creative excellence, operational efficiency, and strategic growth for internal accounts. This is a hands-on role where you’ll contribute to strategic planning, oversee creative initiatives, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. You will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality creative work while fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Partnership: Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining strong, trust-based relationships and ensuring alignment with client goals. Creative Leadership: Champion creative vision and ensure deliverables meet brand standards and exceed expectations. Team Support and Mentorship: Guide and support the creative team in delivering innovative and impactful work, providing feedback and fostering a collaborative environment. Project Oversight: Oversee day-to-day project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met, and escalating challenges to the Director as needed. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Director to develop and implement account plans that align with business priorities. Campaign and Content Development: Collaborate with field and brand marketing teams to develop creative campaigns and marketing content that drive results. Operational Support: Streamline processes and workflows, identifying opportunities for efficiency and consistency. Quality Assurance: Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and meet the highest standards of quality. Performance Reporting: Support the preparation of performance reports, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with a strategic and solutions-oriented mindset to ensure client needs are met.
