Senior Partner Strategy & Operations Business Partner

What you'll do The Senior Partner Strategy & Operations Business Partner contributes to the development of strategic and operational plans to accelerate the growth of business through the Partner channel for our EMEA region as well as spearheading our international growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be very analytical and ideally has a strong foundational knowledge in channel or sales management and can quickly identify trends and can synthesize data into meaningful, consumable information that can help drive continued strong growth in the business. They will also be able to communicate well with internal stakeholders and external Partners to share information and insights into areas that can help build and improve sales data, processes, and operational efficiencies. You will also partner with the leader of one of our largest segments providing advice on how to improve our Go-To-Market model. This position is an Individual Contributor role reporting to the Partner GTM Strategy & Operations Director. Responsibilities Partner with Regional Sales and Partner leadership on the development of Docusign’s Partner Go-To-Market strategies to accelerate growth Provide data-driven insights, analysis and assumptions on key drivers of the segment targets (top and bottom line), including partner coverage, demand generation, productivity improvements, churn, etc.) Develop and discuss recommendations Ensure full alignment within Business and Operational teams Lead team initiatives such as ROI analysis, performance analysis, and other ad hoc projects Monitor, measure and provide accurate and timely business performance reports (bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly) to sales leadership, including progress to plan, results, insights and recommendations needed to meet business goals Lead or support regional programmatic initiatives, provide feedback to Partner & Sales Operations, Partner Program and Success teams on geo specific needs and improvements Ensure partner program success by measuring KPIs established for programs Collaborate with and guide other team members within and outside Partner Operations on improving geo and segment strategy, based on insight on trends and challenges and growth opportunities Job Designation Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. What you bring Basic BA/BS degree in a business or quantitative field 12+ years of experience in consulting, banking or SaaS company 5 + years supporting partner programs or partner sales teams Experience in Partner Strategy Operations or related function gained in a corporate, consulting, or other relevant business environment Experience effectively leading strategic projects and initiatives for Partner Strategy Operations Experience effectively representing Partner Strategy Operations in cross-functional teams Preferred MBA or equivalent Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Understanding of a commercial Marketing demand generation funnel Salesforce proficiency SQL proficiency, or willingness to learn Experience in a SaaS company in Sales Ops, FPA or Strategy Proven track-record in fast paced environments Life at Docusign Working here Docusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
