Job Summary

The Senior Partner Account Manager provides leadership to strategically develop and manage relationships with Paycor’s referring partners. The Senior Partner Account Manager will collaborate with internal resources to address our broker partner’s needs and help drive bookings through partner relationships. They will develop and manage assigned partner relationships and will play a key role in strategic planning related to long term channel partner strategy.

This role will provide functional expertise and effectively manage relationships with Partners to drive prospective client sales, as well as client retention. The Senior Partner Account Manager interfaces with sales, clients, partner contacts, and client services.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Provides leadership to identify, develop, and maintain effective, mutually beneficial relationships and alliances with key partners, and consultants Advises senior/executive management and other internal stakeholders on relationship management strategies which optimize retention and satisfaction and achieve desired business results. Shares partners’ perspectives, goals, and drivers with internal resources to develop, implement, and lead sales & marketing programs that drive account growth & persistency. Translates complex questions & feedback from partners to internal resources to facilitate development of solutions & tools to meet partner needs. Leads development and delivers presentations such as trainings and marketing/sales materials for partner events and continuing education seminars. Organizes and facilitates meetings with partners; engages with appropriate internal resources to research questions and drive resolution of issues. Identify trends to provide pertinent data to management regarding the level of partner, sales, and client service satisfaction and loyalty; provide root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Function as the Paycor point of contact with C-level executives of assigned broker and technology partners. Set and track annual bookings and activity goals with Paycor leadership and partner leadership Other duties as assigned.
Requirements   I To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Four-year college degree or equivalent education 6-8 years of client relationship management in a high volume, fast-paced environment; experience partnering with Sales organizations and Partner firms preferred Experience with Human Capital Management and/or Payroll applications strongly preferred Exhibits and practices outstanding Service Excellence Standards with an ability to effectively partner with internal and external customers Organized with exceptional follow through Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to conduct presentations in a large group Highly motivated and team oriented Strong problem solving and analytical skills Track record of excellent performance in teamwork, customer service and leadership Occasional travel required - up to 15%

We also offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, and education. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $74,380.00-$126,984.00/year. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
