What do we do:

Responsibilities include monitoring, compliance and reporting for global mobility tax compliance projects for clients based mainly in the US.  Primary tasks are project management of client´s book of business, reviewing junior project coordinator´s work and identifying areas for process improvements.

Require qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written English and communications skills. Graduates in Business Administration, Commerce, Project management professionals will be preferred. Advanced knowledge and proven experience with Microsoft Office especially, Excel. Previous experience in project coordination. Actively prioritize time sensitive work with focus on high quality while meeting responsibilities to clients and all stakeholders. Actively coach and review the work of junior staff and help to guide them to understand our client’s agenda and expectations. Strong organizational, analytical, project management and client service skills. Competent at meeting tight deadlines, performing high-quality work and prioritize multiple tasks. Results-oriented approach to drive improvements in engagement economics (financial systems, relationship management tools). Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively with virtual teams. Create consistency and technical excellence though knowledge- sharing and by conveying information tailored to audience needs. Ability to manage high volume in a high-pressure environment
