Summary: Functions as the primary resource for the development, creation, coordination, organization, implementation, and evaluation of clinical patient education materials and projects for Roswell Park and its satellites, affiliates, and community partners. Sets technological and editorial standards and introduces innovations to integrate patient education materials across multiple platforms and localities in support of Roswell Park’s mission and values. Ensures resulting products and services are of the expected quality and meet patient and internal customer requirements.

Salary range is $75,850 - $96,173 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications:Required Education and Experience

1. Master's degree in Library/Information Science, Public Health, Education or a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an educational setting; or
2. Bachelor's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in patient/community education and/or oncology care; or
3. Associate's degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in patient/community education and/or oncology care.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices
