What you will be doing:

Cooperation with external payroll vendor ADP for BelgiumCollecting payroll input ensuring compliance with all applicable regulationsProcessing net pays paymentsReporting and paying all taxes and other liabilitiesServes as liaison to Belgium employees and payroll associates to ensure payroll processing accurately reflects company-specific pay policiesServes as point of contact for accounting, finance, mobility, Belgium HR and other internal departments for payroll mattersDocuments payroll processes and procedures.

Bachelor’s degreeBelgium Payroll Expert - Broad knowledge of Belgium payroll principles, practices, processes, and proceduresKnowledgeable in the use and administration of payroll systems e.g., Salary Expert - Belgium payroll system, Workday, ADP streamline, CelergoExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishAdditional European language is an assetExperience in any other European payroll  is an assetAbility to work under pressure of deadlinesAbility to prioritize tasks and work on multiple assignments concurrentlyAttention to detailTeam player

Works on multiple projects as a project leader or frequently as the subject matter expert. Works on projects/issues of medium to high complexity that require demonstrated knowledge across payroll and tax analysis areas. Coaches and mentors junior payroll staff. Works under minimal supervision on complex projects. Wide latitude for independent judgment. Typically requires six or more years of demonstrated payroll analysis, financial analysis or tax analysis experience.
