We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to join our payroll close team and execute our advanced in-house payroll process. This role requires deep expertise in payroll systems, Excel, and data analysis, ensuring accurate and efficient payroll processing while maintaining compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Utilize advanced payroll software (Oracle HCM Cloud) for streamlined processing. Perform payroll reconciliations, audits, and issue resolution. Develop custom payroll reports and provide analytical insights to management. Collaborate with HR, Finance, Benefits, and IT teams to optimize payroll workflows and system integrations. Implement automation and process improvements for payroll efficiency. Recommended Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, HR, Health Care, or related field. 3-5+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in an enterprise setting. Ideally, expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud, PeopleSoft, or comparable payroll systems (e.g. ADP). Strong understanding of payroll and reporting requirements. Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas: v/x-lookup and pivot table, data analysis) and Microsoft Suite. Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll data securely. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with payroll automation, integrations, and workflow optimization. Familiarity with self-service payroll portals and employee support.
