MMC is seeking candidates for the following position based in Warsaw:
(Senior) Payroll and Personal Administration Specialist

As a (Senior) Payroll and Personal Administration Specialist you will manage complex HR programs partnering with internal stakeholders and third-party payroll vendors, having a possibility of building and developing long-term relationships with them. You will also be involved in day-to-day payroll operations and implementation of new time of absence system.

We will count on you to:
Deliver the highest quality of service in payroll operations - preparation of data for payroll and verification of the accuracy of calculations
Monitor and maintain Płatnik, prepare ZUS, PFRON declarations and GUS reports
Coordinate and monitor the preparation of PIT declarations
Cooperate with the payroll and benefit vendors as well as internal stakeholders
Update and maintain Payroll system of record with all necessary information
Provide answers to employees' questions on labor law and social security
Time of absence calculation (overtime, holidays)
Take part in onboarding, training and supporting current and new Team members
Deliver new programs, develop and improve procedures to streamline all processes
Support other HR Administration or Payroll projects and activities
What you need to have:
Professional experience in a processing Polish Payroll independently
Excellent knowledge of social security and ZUS and Płatnik as well as Polish payroll, labor law and tax regulations
University degree
Strong analytical and very good organizational skills, close attention to detail
Working knowledge of English and Polish
"Client-focus" and proactive approach

Previous experience in SSC / BPO company
Experience in cooperation with third-party payroll services providers
